Linda M. Jaffe

Managing Attorney

Linda M. Jaffe is a powerhouse in the courtroom and a trusted advocate in the field of family and marital law. With over 25 years of litigation experience, she has built a reputation as one of the most respected and results-driven attorneys in South Florida. She is licensed in both Florida and Texas and is known for her unwavering dedication, sharp legal insight, and exceptional advocacy.

Linda earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from Nova Southeastern University School of Law, where she served on the Law Review. As a law student, she became the first to intern in the Homicide Division of the Broward County State Attorney’s Office, working directly with top prosecutors on high-profile homicide cases. She also served as a judicial intern for U.S. District Judge Edward B. Davis.

Upon graduating, Linda declined multiple prestigious offers from private law firms to pursue her passion for litigation, joining the Broward County State Attorney’s Office as an Assistant State Attorney. During her tenure, she excelled in the Misdemeanor, Vice & Obscenity, Felony, and Felony Dissipation Divisions, ultimately becoming a lead trial attorney in the Felony Division.

After years as a successful prosecutor and criminal defense attorney, Linda founded her own law firm, focusing exclusively on family and marital law. For the past two decades, she has dedicated her practice to guiding individuals and families through complex and emotionally charged legal matters—handling everything from high-conflict custody disputes to high-net-worth divorces with precision, empathy, and strength.

Linda’s unmatched courtroom experience, combined with her deep understanding of family dynamics, sets her apart in this field. She is a firm believer in the power of mediation and amicable resolution but is always prepared to litigate when justice demands it. Her commanding presence in court, thorough preparation, and commitment to her clients make her one of the most formidable trial attorneys practicing today.

Her practice spans Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties, and her name is widely recognized through client referrals and her history of excellence. With every case she takes on, Linda brings a fierce dedication to protecting her clients’ rights and helping them build a stronger future.

Outside of her legal work, Linda is a proud mother of four and a grandmother. She and her business partner share a deep commitment to animal rescue, regularly helping rehome dogs that have been abandoned, mistreated, or surrendered. Linda also finds peace and purpose in caring for the animals on her ranch, including the horses she raises and loves. Whether advocating for families or giving second chances to animals in need, Linda brings heart, strength, and compassion to everything she does.

Why Monarch

After more than three decades in practice, Linda made the intentional decision, alongside her business partner, to launch a law firm that challenges outdated billing models and prioritizes accessibility for families of all financial backgrounds. Together, they envisioned a legal practice built not just on results, but on transparency, fairness, and genuine client care.

Through her years representing clients across a wide range of family law matters, Linda consistently saw the same pattern: families struggling not only with the emotional toll of legal disputes but also with the financial burden of traditional legal services. All too often, families were forced to spend money originally intended for essential needs, such as their children’s education or future, on drawn-out unnecessary legal battles.

Without pointing fingers or placing blame, Linda and her business partner recognized that the system could and should serve families better.

“Our vision is to empower clients by helping them afford an attorney of Linda’s caliber, so they can achieve the results of a high-end attorney without breaking the bank.”

Monarch was created to offer a better way, grounded in accessibility and integrity. With its innovative billing approach, the firm makes high-quality legal representation possible for more people by meeting them where they are: financially, emotionally, and practically. This model is not just a shift in pricing; it’s a shift in purpose, designed to serve, to support, and to empower.
